About Us

The Babbage Engine
Charles Babbage (1791-1871), computer pioneer, designed the first automatic computing engines. He invented computers but failed to build them. The first complete Babbage Engine was completed in London in 2002, 153 years after it was designed. Difference Engine No. 2, built faithfully to the original drawings, consists of 8,000 parts, weighs five tons, and measures 11 feet long. See more at the
Computer History Museum.
You can see the
photo gallery of vintage computers at
Time Magazine's site or visit the original
author
Mark Richards' site. Mark Richards' book
"Core Memory" is a collection of photographs
spanning the history of computer development.
You can also visit the
Computer History Museum for an in-depth
exploration of computer development.

We are no Babbage,
but we have been working in the industry for
over 20 years. From humble beginnings we
were able to form a company that has a wide
variety of offerings for the business community
as a whole.
Our philosophy is
simple:
We want to make your job as easy as possible.
We are all working harder these days but if we
can make your job a little less stressful, we
have met our goal. I also find this
produces the fruit of satisfaction that creates
integrity and character, for you and for us.
As for Babbage, we can only hope to build on
his and all the other technical leaders
accomplishments that have brought us to this
technical age. In the end, if we have
developed character and retained integrity, we
too can claim some accomplishment.
